The pack comes with 8 different essential oil scents along with a carrying kit. Some of my favorite scents are the lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus. You can use these in a couple different ways, some people who practice eastern medicine say that essential oils can help you feel better without filling your body with too many medicines. My favorite way to use these oils is to put them in an oil diffuser and allow them to diffuse around the house! Especially when I really have to sit down and get some work done, the peppermint is supposed to really help you focus.
